Dr. Hanif  is a Chartered Builder, Professional Project Manager, Cost Engineer, Certified Management Consultant and Chartered Surveyor by profession. He holds a Masters degree in Construction Management from London South Bank University and a PhD in Project Management from Kingston University London.

Over the last 30 years, he has worked on some of the most demanding and high profile mega projects in the UK ,Qatar and UAE.

A  frequent international speaker and visiting lecturer at Kingston University London, University of ReadingOxford Brookes University, University of Greenwich and University of West of Scotland.

His area of expertise is project management and in particular project control through the use of adaptable processes in dynamic and uncertain environments.
