Dr.Tahir Hanif

Project Management Consultant / Visiting Lecturer / Trainer

Dr Tahir has over 30 years professional experience of working on high profile projects in the United Kingdom, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Some of the projects worked on have included the T2A Terminal at London Heathrow, Thames Tideway Tunnel and the Doha Expressway Programme in Qatar.

Dr Tahir has a Masters degree in Construction Management from London South Bank University and a PhD in Project Management from Kingston University London. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Association of Cost Engineers, Association for Project Management, Institute of Consulting and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

He is passionate about project management and in particular how it can be applied to projects being delivered in complex environments. Dr Tahir is a visiting lecturer at University of Reading, Oxford Brookes University, University of Greenwich and the University of the West of Scotland.

In his spare time, Dr Tahir is either participating or training for long distance ultra-marathons.
